Making fresh cheeses was the first project in the dairy products sector that Loncomilla Dairy Farms undertook after being founded. Since then, 1980, the manufacture of Fresh Cheese has continued uninterruptedly.

Currently we produce 85,000 units - 500 grams each - of Fresh Cheese per month, or a total of 42,500 kg, which is distributed to Chile's main cities.
