Because of its over 15% fat content and its manufacturing methods, they are classified according to international standards as "PREMIUM" ice creams that stand out for their smoothness, greater body, and richness.
During manufacture a minimum amount of air is incorporated, thus producing a final product with greater weight and quality. For the same reason more portions can be obtained from the same volume (6 to 8 portions per liter).
The raw materials are pasteurized and homogenized, in this way complying with the standards of the Chilean National Health Service. In addition, it is the company's policy to undertake microbiological tests on each of the lots, which are carried out in an in-house Quality Control Laboratory (Petri Film 3M). |
